The free initial consultation typically takes two hours. We begin with an NDA to ensure everyone is protected. We request copies of your standard reports to review ahead of time. We then run through a series of discussion questions to better understand your business, what is going well, and where there may be opportunities for improvement. As we go through this discussion, we explore ideas for projects that can have a major positive impact on achieving your business goals. If we don’t find any, great, things are going well. If we do find an opportunity, we will generate a proposal outlining the details of the project and the benefits. You have no commitment and owe nothing unless and until you accept the proposal.
Engagements can be as short as a week or as long as a year, depending on your needs. Most projects that require process analysis and change management last three to six months.
Rather than engage a high-end consulting firm, you can work directly with the experience and expertise of owner, Julie Cline. She puts people at ease, getting results, while maintaining the values and priorities of the people involved.
On-site meetings and work will typically be arranged on a weekly basis, with additional work being done remotely. Questions via phone or email during business hours are always welcome, and availability outside standard business hours can be arranged.
Tax strategy and tax preparation are best done by a CPA. We can help you find a CPA and bookkeeper as needed. We can also help you structure your accounting system to get the best insight into your business results.
This is what we do best. Schedule a free initial consultation and we’ll talk through your situation. We’ll brainstorm ideas with you about how to take your business in the direction that you want to go.
Pricing is based on the project. We consider the time involved, both on-site and remote. We also consider pre-work and post-analysis if required. We want to ensure you have a compelling value proposition and that we deliver to your needs.
All projects require management support to be successful. This includes a weekly check-in, assignment of resources, and communications to the team(s). We also need access to systems and/or data, which would be determined based on specific circumstances.
